LARA

I am a biologist, and the question of nature conservation has led me to explore the path of human coexistence.
I am a facilitator, organizer, educator, and project leader in several projects in Slovenia and internationaly. In my work, I use methods and approaches based on inclusion and systems thinking. In recent years, I’ve focused primarily on digital graphic harvesting.

What do I do?

DIGITAL GRAPHIC RECORDING
I make graphic recordings on a tablet because it allows me to adapt the product to the event and content. It also enables the client to provide feedback and corrections so that the final product truly communicates what matters to them.

ILLUSTRATIONS
I create digital illustrations that reflect the style I use in graphic recording. I call this style “simple, sketch-level.” I also enjoy creating illustrations where I can play with colors and watercolor effects.

ALENKA

I am a facilitator and anthropologist, curious about the differences and similarities among people.
I support change processes, personal ones and in organizations, and I’m passionate about non-formal education approaches that foster creativity and activate all participants. Through working with groups, I discovered that using visual elements significantly enhances creativity—and after more than twenty years of not drawing, I started drawing again! Now I create visuals, support meetings and complex processes with visual elements and simple illustrations.

What do I do?

GRAPHIC RECORDING, DIGITAL AND ON PAPER
I make graphic recordings on a tablet, both live and from recordings. This allows the client to co-shape and refine the final product after the event, ensuring the message sent to participants aligns with what the client wants to communicate. Most often, this is a summary of key messages or selected content. It can also reflect what emerges during the process itself—especially common in participatory processes.
Harvesting can also take place live on paper. I can create this myself, or participants can contribute their own key insights. In such cases, the client receives the physical product.

WORKSHOPS
Graphic recording workshops are among my favorites, as participants often make significant progress in using visuals for flipcharts, their processes, notes, invitations, meeting minutes, etc. If I could do it, anyone can!

VISUAL SUPPORT FOR PROCESSES
It’s easier to follow and adapt complex processes when we can see what’s happening. The best results come when we design this together.
